1. Drink a glass of warm water in the morning
After a night’s sleep, the body consumes a lot of water during breathing and urination. When you wake up in the morning, your body is in a state of physiological dehydration. Drinking water at this time will hydrate and also wash the stomach and intestines.
2. Breakfast must be eaten
This simple thing is something that about 70% of people can’t do. How about we just show the dangers of skipping breakfast:
i. People age faster if they do not eat breakfast. If you miss breakfast, the human body will use the body’s stored sugar and protein to supply energy. Over time, it will lead to dry skin, wrinkles and anemia, accelerating the aging of the human body.
ii. After a night’s sleep, the body’s nutrient depletion, blood glucose levels are in a low state. If you miss breakfast, you won’t be able to raise your blood glucose concentration in time, and in the morning, you’ll have symptoms such as dizziness and panic, weakness of the limbs, and low energy.
3. Eat three meals a day, chew and swallow slowly
Food that is not chewed increases the workload of the intestines to break down the food. Food that has been chewed repeatedly will grind up the food, allowing the stomach to work in a relaxed environment, reducing its workload and making it more conducive to nutrient absorption.
In addition, a study in the US showed that eating slowly makes you less likely to feel hungry and helps reduce calorie intake.
If you don’t believe me, try chewing each bite of food in your mouth 15 times before swallowing it. Trust me, you’ll be full after a few bites.
4. Eat antioxidant foods like broccoli, sweet potatoes and low GI foods regularly
Among the daily intake of green vegetables, broccoli is preferred. Broccoli is a low-fat, low-GI food, rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and other anti-aging elements.
5. Abstain from sugar and beverages
Glycation reaction is when the skin has excess sugars that stay in the bloodstream all day due to a slow metabolism. The excess sugar attaches to the collagen, causing it to break down or become disrupted, resulting in wrinkles and a rough appearance to the skin.
If you drink beverages and eat sweets without restraint, you will age quickly.
And if you drink too many carbonated beverages, you are especially prone to osteoporosis when you get old.
6. Take a 20-30 minute nap in the afternoon
The biggest benefit of napping is that it protects the cardiovascular system and recharges the brain. But no matter what season it is, the nap time should be limited to 30 minutes, otherwise it will have the opposite effect.
7. Regular medical checkups
It is recommended that you attend a physical checkup once every 1-2 years. If you are unwell for more than three days, go to the hospital immediately and taking care of yourself is the most important thing. Your body is the foundation of your life and work.
8. Sun protection in all seasons
Carry sunscreen spray with you. Spray it once every two hours on days with strong UV rays.
9. Don’t get angry
Think about two things when you are getting angry: first, is this important enough to affect my mood and damage my body? Secondly, can my anger work this out perfectly?
If I can’t, then why am I angry?
